DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES
- You have a proven track record in managing new construction with at least two completed high-end luxury residential projects, $5 million and above.
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- You are a natural team leader and mentor with the ability to foster collaboration and ensure alignment of project goals.
- You possess supreme attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy, ensuring every aspect of construction is executed to the highest standards
- Strong ability to oversee on-site management, ensuring safety compliance and adherence to all regulations to deliver exceptional results with precision and quality.
- Experience and expertise with Procore and Bluebeam software.

COMPENSATION
- Competitive base salary of up to $180,000 (commensurate with experience).
