Qualifications (Including, but not limited to):

Experience: Minimum of 5+ years as a Senior Superintendent managing commercial projects.

Extensive Trade Knowledge: In-depth understanding of all trades, building codes, and trade sequencing.

Blueprint & Plan Reading: Proven ability to read and interpret complex plans, contracts, and specifications (including digital formats).

Quality Control Focus: Demonstrated expertise in maintaining strict quality standards on every project.

Project Management: Ability to lead and coordinate labor and subcontractors effectively, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.

Hands-On Approach: Willingness to assist with construction tasks when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Oversight: Oversee stadium and commercial projects from start to finish, ensuring milestones are met and budgets are maintained.

Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of plans and blueprints to uphold high-quality standards and enforce safety protocols.

Team Leadership: Manage labor and subcontractors across multiple projects, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Daily Updates & Documentation: Provide regular progress reports (including photos and videos) and address issues promptly.

OSHA Compliance & Safety: Maintain a safe jobsite by strictly enforcing OSHA regulations and company safety protocols.

Effective Communication: Keep stakeholders informed of project status, changes, issues, and solutions in a timely manner.
