YOUR ROLE
The Senior Consultant may work on financial and human resources systems implementation-related projects including upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and other special projects.
As a Senior Consultant, you will have an opportunity to conduct financial analyses and operational assessments/audits.
In addition, projects will include business analysis, system design, business process re-engineering, change management, accounting support activities, organizational design, and redesign services.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resource Management, and/or Information Systems
4-7 years of experience
Public Sector experience
Experience in ERP Financial modules
Experience with public sector accounting support activities
Ability to obtain and document business/functional requirements
Ability to assess functional and technical gaps in designs
Experience training and supporting end-users with ERP and digital solutions
Business process reengineering experience
Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent analytical and teamwork skills
Financial and Human Resources related experience
Ability to work on a wide array of IT and process improvement projects and tasks
Ability to work under pressure and in a time-constrained environment
CPA or MBA
Six Sigma or related certification
