    About the Role:
    This position focuses on working directly with industrial control systems, including PLC upgrades, HMI integration, and troubleshooting in a range of automation projects. It’s a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys solving complex technical problems.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Upgrade and optimize PLC hardware/software (Rockwell Allen-Bradley focus).
    • Design and integrate HMI systems with OEM setups.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in industrial control systems.
    • Collaborate with electrical and mechanical teams for seamless project execution.
    • Manage networks and control data to support project success.
    • Represent the company professionally with clients and stakeholders.

    Required Experience:

    • PLC/HMI Programming: 6+ years of hands-on experience (Allen-Bradley required, Schneider/Modicon is a plus) in a manufacturing environment
    • Proficient in Wonderware
    • Familiarity with other HMI platforms (Ignition, FactoryTalk).
    • Networking and virtualization experience (Windows Server, VMWare).
    • BHS experience would be a plus.
    • Strong skills in Excel for reporting and analysis.
    • Cisco networking skills would be a plus.

    Requirements to Apply:

    • Live within commuting distance of an airport (preferably in MN, WI, or MI)
    • Authorized to work in the US and able to pass a background check.
    • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel 25% (almost always short term and rarely on weekends).
    • Comfortable with occasional irregular hours (some nights, no regular weekends).

    $120,000-$140,000 per year
