    Responsibilities:

    • Design and develop advanced control systems for automation and industrial applications.
    • Integrate and program PLCs, SCADA, HMI, and DCS systems for seamless operations.
    • Optimize performance using cutting-edge control algorithms such as PID and Model Predictive Control.
    • Lead projects, managing timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
    • Troubleshoot and improve system efficiency, minimizing downtime.
    • Collaborate and communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure project success.

    Qualifications:

    • At least 7-10 years of hands-on experience in control systems engineering.
    • Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience.
    • Strong expertise in PLC programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Schneider Electric, Mitsubishi).
    • Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as EtherNet/IP, Modbus, and Profibus.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar is a plus.
