    What you’ll be doing

    LePrix is a premier wholesale platform for retailers to easily source pre-owned, pre-authenticated luxury items at scale from the world’s best suppliers. We offer unprecedented access to pre-owned, authentic luxury items from sources all over the world. In this role, you will be responsible for building tailored reports within our Business Intelligence (BI) tools, primarily Tableau, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data used by report users, and collaborating with our development team to enhance the data available for analysis. This role will be crucial in driving data-driven decision-making across teams.

    BI Reporting & Visualization:

    Develop and maintain team-specific reports and dashboards using Tableau, ensuring data is presented clearly and accurately.

    Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into actionable visualizations and insights.

    Quality Assurance (QA):

    Manage QA processes across report users and the development team, ensuring data accuracy and identifying potential issues.

    Conduct regular data audits and testing to validate and troubleshoot reports.

    Data Management & Development Collaboration:

    Partner with the development team to understand data needs and ensure required data sets are available in our analytic data lakes.

    Participate in the design and improvement of data pipelines and data architecture to optimize performance and scalability.

    Stakeholder Engagement & Support:

    Support team members in understanding and using BI reports effectively, offering guidance on how to interpret data findings.

    Serve as a point of contact for BI-related questions and troubleshooting.

    Partnering with departmental leads to further develop relevant business KPIs and implementation into BI reports

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field.

    Experience in the luxury fashion industry with extensive product and brand knowledge

    Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.

    Proficiency in BI tools, particularly Tableau; experience in other tools like Power BI is a plus.

    Strong understanding of data analysis techniques, database management, and data visualization best practices.

    Experience in managing QA processes and working with cross-functional teams.

    Strong SQL skills and familiarity with analytic data lakes or data warehouses.

    Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
