Job Description: 

The Operations Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing data from multiple sources, including vendor reports, to generate actionable insights that support continuous program improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Work with PowerBI developers to generate dashboards and visualizations to provide leadership and stakeholders with clear, real-time insights into program performance. 
• Implement predictive models to identify potential future challenges, such as vendor underperformance, service disruptions, or customer service bottlenecks. Provide leadership with data-backed forecasts to help mitigate risks before they escalate. 
• Generate custom reports tailored to specific program areas, such as call center operations, customer service efficiency, or vendor compliance. Provide insights that inform decision-making in each functional area. 
• Continuously refine and enhance the metrics used to evaluate program performance. Work with stakeholders to ensure that KPIs are aligned with goals and the operational objectives.

Skills Required: 

Minimum 6+years of experience as Data Analyst

Must have experience with Power BI and SQL

Reporting experience is needed

Excellent communication skills.
