BB6 is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Defensive Systems Missile ITEAMs Analyst to support our critical mission of strengthening air defense systems. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to conduct comprehensive, all-source analysis of missile interceptors and their subsystems, including propulsion, aerodynamics, guidance, navigation, and integrated RF and EOIR seekers. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing the effectiveness and readiness of advanced defense technologies.

What You'll Be Doing:

Working closely with the customer to understand and deliver quality products that accomplish their mission.

Leading a section of the ITEAMS analysis for a specific subsystem with junior analysts.

Reviewing and directing staff and subcontractors providing products expected by the customer.

Preparing quick-look analysis and detailed intelligence-based reports on systems under study.

Supporting analysis by providing experienced engineering insight in one or more subsystem area.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

BS, MS, or Ph.D. in Aerospace, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or and 13+ years of experience.

Experience with/understanding of ground-to-air missile systems and subsystems.

Experience supporting the intelligence community on ITEAMs efforts.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

Broad technical experience of all missile subsystems and specific SME experience in one or more subsystem areas.

Compensation range:

Competitive market salary from $117,000.00 per year to $210,600.00 per year * depending on qualifications and experience.
