Minimum Qualifications

10+ Years Experience as Automating “full-life cycle” of complex enterprise IT environments using IaC, CaC, and CI/CD tools (e.g., IBM WebSphere, MQ, Oracle, AWS)

10+ Years Experience as Designing and implementing automation solutions for scalability, repeatability, and recoverability.

10+ Years in Advanced automation solutions using tools like Terraform, Terragrunt, Ansible, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Liquibase, etc

8+ Years Proficiency in programming/scripting languages like Python, GoLang, Shell, Ruby, Bash, Perl.

8+ Years Experience with Containers and Kubernetes platforms (e.g., PODMAN, Docker, OpenShift, Rancher) and packaging tools like Helm Charts and Kustomize.

8+ Years Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems.

8+ Years Designing and implementing solutions using the AWS Well-Architected Framework.

8+ Years Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

5+ Years Experience Development experience using Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, EJB, JSP, JSF/Struts, XML.

5+ Years Experience with WebSphere ND, MQ, Oracle, SQL tools (e.g., PL/SQL Developer, SQL Plus), LDAP, Splunk, Dynatrace.

Specific skill set required

Advanced CI/CD automation, infrastructure as code, container orchestration, scripting, AWS architecture, Linux/Windows admin, and enterprise-level automation tools.
