- Interpret design briefs with little direction and work collaboratively as needed on tasks to ensure consistent design throughout entire campaign is achieved.
- Produce exceptional design concepts as well as prepare files for production.
- Actively conduct on-going market research for innovation and trend development and be able to translate this into creating site graphics which meet business needs.
- Collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing, and Product teams to assess campaign goals, assist in creative planning and manage creative timelines to meet deadlines.
- Establish yourself as a leader within the Creative Team and assist in mentoring junior staff.
Required Skills
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design (or a related field) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years’ experience in a related consumer products industry.
- Must be proficient in Illustrator and Photoshop, and Figma. Experience with CMS software programs, and project management programs highly preferred.
- Must have knowledge of HTML/CSS, and Web Accessibility standards.
- Must be a highly creative individual who is able to produce exceptional e-commerce driven design solutions. Must have an outstanding portfolio of design and design directed content.
- Must understand technical constraints when designing for each consumer touchpoint and work to consistently innovate new ways to work within these constraints.
- Must be a highly organized and motivated individual who is able to multitask to make sure stakeholder demands are met.
- Strong communication and organization skills with close attention to detail and ability to perform well under pressure.
Minimum Pay Rate: $52,000 annually
Maximum Pay Rate: $62,000 annually
