We’re looking for a Senior Director of Corporate Accounting to join a globally recognized organization with a strong presence across multiple countries. This role offers a chance to lead a talented team of 8 and provide strategic insights in areas such as Corporate M&A, finance, SEC reporting, and the implementation of new accounting standards.

Who you are:

• 15+ years of accounting experience
• 7+ years of people management experience
• Direct experience overseeing compliance efforts with the preparation, review, submission and distribution of financial reports required by governmental and regulatory agencies, such as US SEC 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K
• Strong background in technical accounting research and analysis
