Our client is looking for a Litigation Attorney focused on Employment Law to join their Practice in Denver, CO. Our client is one of the top Employment Law firms in the US.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of employment litigation from inception to conclusion, including drafting pleadings, managing discovery processes, taking and defending depositions, arguing motions, and participating in mediations and arbitrations.
- Advise and assist clients with day-to-day employment issues, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws. Tasks include drafting and revising employee handbooks, conducting training sessions, and providing proactive legal advice.
- Collaborate with a team of attorneys to provide top-notch legal services to both internal and external clients, aligning with the firm’s standards of excellence and client commitment.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
- 4-6 years of proven experience in employment litigation.
- Admitted to and in good standing with the Colorado Bar.
- Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated drive to succeed, commitment to team collaboration, and a growth mindset.
