    We are looking for an experienced Senior Estate Planning Attorney with significant expertise in estate planning, probate, trust administration, and litigation. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience and be skilled at managing complex cases, leading litigation efforts, and guiding junior attorneys. This role requires an attorney who can handle high-stakes cases and provide expert advice to our clients. Responsibilities: • Lead the drafting and execution of sophisticated estate planning documents, including wills, revocable/irrevocable trusts, AHCD's, tax planning strategies. • Provide expert counsel on complex probate cases, ensuring clients are well-prepared for the probate process. • Oversee trust administration, ensuring compliance with fiduciary responsibilities and addressing any disputes. • Manage probate and trust litigation cases, including filing lawsuits, developing strategies, and representing clients in court. • Mentor and supervise junior attorneys, providing guidance and oversight on estate litigation and trust administration matters. • Develop and maintain client relationships, offering customized legal solutions that address both immediate and long-term planning needs. • Represent clients in contested probate or trust matters, including negotiations and litigation. Qualifications: • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. • 5+ years of experience in estate planning, probate, and trust administration. • Active Bar membership in California. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor junior staff. • Exceptional communication and client relationship management skills. • Proven ability to handle complex estate and probate cases from start to finish. Compensation: $115,000 - $150,000
