Our growing firm is currently in search of a seasoned trusts and estates attorney with over 5 years of experience as a senior attorney. The ideal candidate should be adept at managing a heavy caseload, be able to work both independently and collaboratively and have extensive experience in estate planning, trust administration, and probate matters. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a team of junior attorneys and paralegals. This position is a remote position. Our main office is located in San Diego. Responsibilities: • Drafting estate planning documents • Handling probate and trust administration cases from start to finish • Supervising more junior team members • Managing client relationships • Assisting with business development initiatives Qualifications: • Able to work independently while handling multiple files • At least five years of estate planning and trust administration • Completion of a 4-year bachelor’s degree, as well as a 3-year law degree from an accredited law school • Admitted to local and state bar associations • Persuasive writing skills and verbal communication skills are critical, along with time management and interpersonal skills Compensation: $180,000 - $200,000 yearly
