Responsibilities: • Collaborate closely with paralegals and managing attorneys to efficiently progress cases and develop strategic approaches. • Advocate fervently for clients, crafting case strategies that prioritize their needs and best interests. • Represent clients in court proceedings, oversee asset division, and meticulously prepare cases from inception to resolution. • Take charge of client meetings, uphold well-organized case files, and offer legal counsel on various family law matters. • Approach client interactions with compassion, particularly in cases concerning delicate subjects like child custody and domestic violence. • Foster enduring client relationships to uphold the firm's dedication to personalized and attentive service. Qualifications: Who You Are:Experience: A minimum of six years in Family Law litigation with substantial courtroom experience • Credentials: J.D. from an accredited law school with an active license in MD or DC (dual license preferred) • Skills: Strong communication, critical thinking, and time management skills; adept at negotiation and client relationship management • Mindset: A problem-solver with a client-first mentality who can remain composed under pressure and guide clients with empathy Preferred Skills: • Estate Planning experience • Innovative problem-solving capabilities Ready to Make a Difference?
