    LockerMD (a Luxer One Value-Added Reseller) is seeking a Senior Area Support Manager in the greater Dallas area (candidate must live in market). This role reports to the President and will work closely with the sales team and lead the Area Support Managers.

    You will be responsible for service/break fix calls, proactive wellness checks, project management, installations and training of on-site staff. You will also partner with the Area Sales Manager by visiting properties to determine optimal package solutions for that location.

    The Day to Day Responsibilities:

    Provide world class customer service and effectively communicate with all involved parties

    Perform timely maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting on Luxer One systems with a goal of 99.9% uptime

    Perform system upgrades in your market, and ensure that the systems you support are up to date and in excellent working condition

    Respond to Luxer One service requests using the FSM (Field Service Management) tool

    Develop and manage a Wellness Check schedule for all properties

    Support sales by evaluating properties for suitable locations, sizing and solutions

    Manage project lifecycle from start to finish

    Complete installation of systems and training of on-site property management staff

    Collaborate with internal teams to address escalated customer service inquiries for your assigned market

    Manage inventory of supplies needed for service and installations

    Assess properties for expansions and gain referrals for other properties

    Occasional travel outside of market

    To be successful you will need:

    A passion to be customer-centric

    A minimum of 5 years of experience performing field work involving maintenance, support and repair of hardware and electronic components

    To lead and mentor team of area support managers

    To be self motivated with the ability to manage your time effectively and efficiently

    The ability to work remotely and in a wide variety of environments including construction sites, public buildings and apartment complexes

    Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting skills

    Professional and accurate communication with team and clients via email, phone, or in-person

    To effectively train others to use a product or service successfully

    To have solid computer skills (previous experience with Zoho or a similar CRM is preferred)

    Proficiency with Mac OS and Apple iOS products

    Ability to use Google Apps

    The Perks:

    This is a salary position based on 40 hours per week

    The compensation range for this position is $75,000 - $82,000 base with the potential to earn additional commission on the generation of new business opportunities
