Responsibilities: • Client Consultations: Meet with individuals, families, and small business owners to assess their financial needs, explain available products, and recommend tailored financial solutions. • Product Offerings: Offer a range of financial services products, including life insurance, annuities, retirement planning, and savings strategies. • Customer Education: Educate clients about the importance of life insurance, estate planning, and wealth-building strategies, guiding them through the decision-making process. • Networking & Client Acquisition: Develop and implement marketing strategies to expand your client base, including referrals, networking events, and online outreach. • Relationship Building: Build long-term relationships with clients, serving as a trusted financial advisor and helping them adjust their plans as their needs evolve. • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals, while maintaining the highest standards of ethics and customer service. • Training & Development: Participate in continuous professional development and leadership training provided by PHP, including advanced product training and personal development workshops. Compensation: $85,000 - $225,000 yearly
