Responsibilities: • Assist in developing and implementing personalized financial plans for clients, utilizing "The Elevated Retirement Plan" methodology. • Conduct thorough analyses of clients' financial situations to provide tailored recommendations. • Stay informed about the latest financial products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their financial goals are met with clarity and confidence. • Collaborate with senior advisors and team members to deliver comprehensive financial solutions. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. • At least 3+ years of experience in roles such as Associate Financial Advisor, Financial Consultant, or similar in the financial services sector. • Current Series 65 or Series 7 Certification • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • A passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. • Prior experience or internships in financial services is a plus. Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 yearly
