Senior Financial Analyst

This isn’t your typical back-office role. You’ll be embedded in the heart of the operation — analyzing inventory, labor efficiency, margins, volumes, and other metrics and KPI — to help leadership make better, faster decisions. While some accounting responsibilities are included, this position is heavily focused on financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Plant Controller’s right-hand support for all financial analysis and insights.
• Analyze large data sets related to inventory, labor, production, variances, and more.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations to improve operational performance.
• Assist in journal entries and support month-end close processes.
• Build and manage Excel-based models and reports.
• Utilize a large ERP system to extract and analyze data.

Ideal Candidate:

• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or accounting, ideally in a manufacturing or plant environment.
• Advanced Excel skills — able to work confidently with large datasets and build models.
• Solid understanding of debits, credits, and journal entry processes.
• Experience working with large ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred. Finance degrees considered with strong journal entry knowledge.
