Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate potential loan opportunities, including property assessments and market analyses.
• Create and maintain financial models to project returns and assess risks.
• Prepare financial reports and dashboards for management, highlighting key insights.
• Identify risks related to loan applications and property valuations.
• Partner with the underwriting team to enhance decision-making.
• Research industry trends and integrate findings into analyses.
• Support junior analysts in their professional growth.
• Identify and implement improvements in financial analysis workflows.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Master’s or CFA preferred.
• 5+ years of financial analysis experience, preferably in real estate or lending.
• Expertise in financial modeling with advanced Excel skills.
• Strong knowledge of hard money lending and property valuation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in financial software and tools; familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis software is a plus.
