Senior Financial Analyst

Compensation Range: $76,000–$109,000 annually plus bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of detailed monthly forecasts and annual budgets.
• Perform in-depth analyses to understand and monitor key performance indicators.
• Develop ad hoc reports to assess business trends and analyze variances against forecasts and budgets.
• Monitor daily and weekly metrics, taking proactive measures to meet monthly objectives.
• Lead projects to enhance forecast accuracy, identify cost-saving opportunities, and improve overall efficiency.
• Maintain and evolve financial planning processes, including variance analysis and reporting results.
• Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly management reporting packages.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure expenses remain within forecasted limits.
• Support strategic planning by identifying trends in products, market segments, and customer behaviors.
• Enforce financial policies, establishing controls where necessary.
• Partner with business units to implement actionable plans for cost savings, profit enhancement, and improved efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or accounting.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience within distribution and/or manufacturing.
• Strong technical expertise, including a thorough understanding of the P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
