    The Senior Financial Analyst – Operations Finance will support operations by analyzing KPIs, performing ad hoc analyses, and driving forecasting and budgeting efforts. The ideal candidate has experience navigating complex manufacturing environments, working with large-scale financial and operational data, and providing insights that drive efficiency and performance.     Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Prepare, standardize, and analyze financial reports, estimates, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Develop and maintain financial reporting models to support decision-making.
    • Monitor financial performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide recommendations for improvement.
    • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, ensuring accuracy in financial planning.
    • Support capital budgeting and reporting processes.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and logistics, to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations.
    • Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis for cost optimization, including make vs. buy decisions.
    • Provide reporting structure for consolidated inventory planning and obsolescence control.
    • Assist with process improvements to enhance efficiency and mitigate financial risks.
    • Support executive leadership with financial analysis for key business decisions.
    • Assist with various ad hoc financial projects as needed.

    Required Skills

    Required Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
    • 4+ years of financial analysis or accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including modeling) and financial software applications.
    • Experience working with budgets, operational cost analysis, and standard cost variances.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
    • Experience with financial concepts such as ROIC, IRR, and NPV is a plus.
    • Experience in a seasonal and/or international business environment is a plus.
  • Qualifications

    Bachelors with minimum 6 years experience or equivalent relevant work experience.
