    POSITION SUMMARY

    Assists in administrating and coordinating vehicle fleet program. Prepares and maintains accurate records of vehicles, drivers, and ensures safety and compliance requirements are met and at times, making recommendations to improve compliance processes.

    What you’ll do:

    · Updates and maintains fleet tracking system. Maintains accurate record of vehicle inventory, drivers and insurance.

    · Schedules vehicle assignments. Coordinates vehicle deliveries, transfers, or pick-ups between different locations. Orients drivers and communicates safety and maintenance policy.

    · Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements related to vehicle registration, licensing, and insurance.

    · Coordinates lease management. Plans and coordinates vehicle assignments based on demand and availability.

    · Supports insurance administration, including acting as liaison between insurance companies and employees. Reports incident/accident and/or damages.

    · Processes tracks and reports fleet expenses.

    · Generates reports on fleet utilization, maintenance costs, and other key performance metrics as appropriate.

    · Responsible for local fleet market that exceeds 90 units.

    What you’ll need to be successful:

    · High school diploma or equivalent plus a combination of relevant years of experience, or a Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent training and experience

    · 5+ years of relevant experience

    · Good verbal and written communication skills

    · Strong organizational and prioritization skills

    · Working knowledge of MS Office applications

    · Good customer service skills
