Summary: As a Senior Front-End Developer, you’ll lead accessible UI development for IRS tax platforms, mentoring teams on React and WCAG 2.0 compliance. Work hybrid, refine AI-generated code, and make a difference for millions of users. Responsibilities:

Develop React-based UIs meeting WCAG 2.0 accessibility standards.

Run Jest tests and integrate with RESTful APIs.

Adapt interfaces for global compatibility (i18n/l10n).

Document UI flows for team use.

Mentor developers in a hybrid on-site/remote setting.

Qualifications: Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.

5+ years of front-end development in agile environments.

Proficiency in React, Node.js, NPM, JavaScript, CSS3, HTML5, Create React App, Jest, Testing Library, Babel, Webpack, WCAG 2.0, WAI-ARIA, accessibility, Selenium, and agile methodologies.

WCAG 2.0 certification or equivalent.

Preferred:

IRS UI development experience.

Knowledge of i18n, l10n.

React certification.
