Responsibilities:

• Administrative & Clerical Support:

  - Manage daily administrative tasks across business and warehouse operations.

  - Handle general clerical duties to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the organization.

• Executive Assistance:

  - Serve as a dedicated assistant to the CEO and senior executives by arranging calendars, itineraries, and meetings.

  - Provide real-time translation support between Mandarin and English during meetings and communications.

• HR Administration:

  - Administer the HRIS system (Insperity PEO) with a focus on onboarding and offboarding processes.

  - Assist in maintaining accurate employee records and support HR-related administrative tasks.

• Operational & Professional Development:

  - Learn about ETI’s business operations and the lighting industry to build a robust understanding of company processes.

  - Actively engage in development opportunities with the goal of progressing into a general management role.
  

  Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business (preferred with a focus on HR) or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of combined experience in office administration, HR administration, and executive assistance roles.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken) is a plus but not required.
