Schedule: Monday – Friday (40 hours per week)
Pay: $25-$37.50 per hour
We are seeking a Senior HR Solutions Specialist to provide expert-level support on employee inquiries, with a strong focus on Benefit Administration and HR service delivery. In this role, you will respond to employee requests through the HR ticketing system, resolve complex issues related to time off, payroll and policies, and serve as a subject matter expert on benefit processes and support. You will also mentor junior team members and collaborate with HR partners to improve service efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to employee inquiries through the HR ticketing system, ensuring timely and accurate support.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Benefit programs, including health insurance, financial, retirement and voluntary company-sponsored programs.
- Process and track benefit related requests, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Work closely with employees, managers, and HR teams to provide guidance on benefit procedures, eligibility, and documentation requirements.
- Investigate and resolve complex HR inquiries, escalating cases when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to benefit administration and HR service requests.
- Identify process improvements and contribute to enhancements in HR service operations.
- Provide mentorship and training to junior HR Solution Specialists.
- Stay up to date with employment laws and best practices related to benefit administration and HR service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 4+ years of experience in HR services, with a focus on Benefits Administration and employee support.
- Strong knowledge of ERISA, ACA, COBRA and other benefit related regulations and policies in a multi-state environment.
- Experience with HR systems, ticketing platforms, and benefit management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail and process improvement mindset.
- Ability to manage sensitive employee information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to handle complex employee situations.
