Summary: Insero Talent Solutions is currently recruiting for a Senior HR Generalist for an established manufacturing company. The Senior HR Generalist is responsible for performing functions related to payroll, benefits, leave of absence, and compliance.

A minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, or a business related focus. A minimum of 8 years of HR experience in a similar role. PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, and SHRM-SCP is preferred. The successful candidate has a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS (preferably ADP). Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; including listening, oral and written communication, and presentation and facilitation skills. Ability to work interact with all levels of management and leadership. Must possess the ability to understand, translate, and apply appropriate sections of applicable guidelines, laws, ordinances, policies, and regulations. Must be a problem-solver, analytical, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
