Senior Human Resources Manager
Position Overview
The Senior Human Resources Manager serves as a strategic partner to the Company President, ensuring effective talent management, and policy compliance, and fostering a positive culture. This role oversees HR operations, ensuring consistency and excellence in programs while driving employee engagement, performance management, and workforce development.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Management- Partner with leadership for workforce planning and role alignment.
- Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies, manage full-cycle recruiting, and maintain job descriptions.
- Facilitate onboarding, employee integration, and learning initiatives to support talent growth.
Employee Relations- Advise leaders on employee relations and compliance.
- Support leadership development and manage Ethics Helpline investigations.
- Collaborate with Legal Counsel to ensure training and compliance.
Performance Management- Administer performance management programs and drive succession planning.
- Partner on corrective actions, PIPs, IDPs, and goal setting.
Total Rewards- Advise on benefits, compensation, and employee recognition.
- Manage open enrollment and leave of absence programs.
- Ensure wage and hour compliance and oversee health/wellness initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, psychology, or related field (S/PHR or SHRM S/CP certification preferred).
- 10+ years of HR experience (3-5 years supervisory), ideally in manufacturing.
- Expertise in employment law, data analysis, Microsoft Office, and project management.
- Proven leadership, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Exceptional communication, confidentiality, and multitasking abilities.
