    We are seeking an energetic, innovative Sr. IT Project Manager to simultaneously manage multiple shorter-term, dynamic projects which will involve developing new products/tools or enhancing current products and services. The successful candidate will play a key role in improving collaboration, streamlining handoffs, and ensuring all stakeholders are aligned across the entire software development and deployment process. This position will work closely with cross-functional teams including Key Stakeholders, Development, QA, DevOps, Product Management, and Database teams to reduce lead time, improve release quality, and ensure predictable delivery timelines.

    Key Responsibilities Lead Cross-Functional Coordination and Visibility:

    Establish end-to-end visibility for all teams, ensuring a shared understanding of project scope, progress, dependencies, and timeline

    Facilitate cross-functional working sessions and alignment meetings with Key Stakeholders, Product Development, Development and QA to discuss requirements, expectations, and implementation plans.

    Create and manage deployment checklists to ensure that all steps are tracked, and ownership is clear across teams.

    Define and Align Release Criteria:

    Work with Product Management, QA, and Engineering to define and align on the Definition of Done (DoD), including functional and non-functional requirements, testing requirements, and deployment readiness checks.

    Enforce the QA Sign-off Gate to ensure no new requirements are introduced late in the development cycle.

    Work with QA to Manage Testing, Bug Fixing, and Retesting Cycles:

    Ensure seamless communication between Development and QA to reduce delays in testing, bug fixing, and retesting

    Oversee the integration of shift-left testing practices and encourage the use of real-time collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Jira) for fast feedback loops between Dev and QA.

    Promote pair testing and enable developers to run key QA tests locally.

    Work with the team to identify opportunities create and implement automated smoke and regression testing.

    Work with Product Management and QA to Improve Release Coordination and Planning:

    Create a comprehensive Deployment Playbook outlining all required steps for each release, ensuring nothing is missed

    Schedule and lead pre-release dry runs, with all teams walking through the release process.

    Use tools like Jira Product Discovery to map dependencies and track the release cycle.

    Oversee the implementation of continuous delivery (CD) practices, ensuring quality gates are established to prevent incomplete or untested features from moving forward.

    Required Qualifications

    Proven experience as an IT Project Manager in software development, with expertise in managing medium to large-scale, cross-functional projects.

    Knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks, especially Agile, Scrum, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD).

    Strong technical background and understanding of software deployment processes, QA methodologies, and automation tools.

    Strong business analysis skills and an ability to interact with key stakeholders across the organization to elicit requirements.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams (Development, QA, DevOps, Product Management, Database, etc.).

    Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

    Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, and other issue-tracking and collaboration tools.

    Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

    Experience with or knowledge of cloud-based deployment processes.

    Preferred Qualifications

    Certification in project management.

    Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments with complex deployment processes.

    Experience with automation and testing tools
