REQUIREMENT: Senior IT Project Manager (Texas State Agencies – Cloud Solutions – Risk Management – RFI/RFO/SOW – Business Analysis)

Austin, Texas (Onsite)---Locals Only Long Term Contract Need Overall 10+Years of experience 3 References from the recent projects is must.

Minimum Qualifications:

8 years of Full-time project management experience on large, complex projects.

8 years of Experience in structured design/development, scope control, estimation, risk mitigation.

8 years of Managing project activities, setting goals, decision-making, negotiation/facilitation.

8 years of Reviewing, analyzing, evaluating business systems and user needs.

8 years of Business process mapping, reengineering, and identifying new technology applications.

8 years of Documenting detailed IT requirements.

8 years of Working in a PM role directly with a Texas state agency.

5 years of Writing RFI, RFO, and SOW documents.

5 years of Collecting requirements across geographically dispersed organizations.

5 years of Experience with DIR and Data Center Services (DCS) including cloud-based implementations.

5 years of Experience with Texas Project Delivery Framework.

Preferred:

1 year of Experience with Salesforce.

Specific Skills:

Project planning and execution

Risk and quality management

Budget and schedule management

Stakeholder communication

Vendor management

Business analysis and documentation

Familiarity with Texas-specific frameworks and processes

Experience with RFO, RFI, and SOW writing

Cloud solutions and DCS knowledge
