REQUIREMENT: Senior IT Project Manager – State Government Modernization Projects

Austin, Texas (Hybrid)---Locals Only Long Term Contract Need Overall 12+Years of experience 3 References from the recent projects is must.

Minimum Qualifications:

PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification (Must)

10 years of Project Management Experience for large-scale Enterprise Implementations

8 years of Experience in State of Texas or Similar Federal/State Project Management Experience

8 years of Experience in Project Management /Systems Analyst Experience leading and managing legacy modernization projects

Experience in managing projects in a multi-vendor environment.

Experience with project management life cycle and software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.

Experience using Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Preferred:

5 years of State of Texas Project Delivery Framework Experience

5 years of Experience with Low Code/No Code Solutions

3 years of Experience with Texas Statewide Systems

3 years of Experience in State of Texas QAT Process for Major Information Resources Project (MIRP)

Specific Skills:

Project planning and execution

Risk and issue management

Resource and stakeholder coordination

MS Office Suite (Project, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint)

Understanding of SDLC and Agile methods

Strong communication and documentation skills

Familiarity with Medicaid enterprise systems
