    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage 100-150 cases while ensuring top-tier legal representation.

    • Represent clients in removal defense proceedings (42B Cancellation of Removal, Asylum, Bond Hearings).

    • Handle family-based immigration matters (I-130, Adjustment of Status, K-1 Fiancé Visas, Consular Processing).

    • Oversee humanitarian applications (U Visa, SIJ, VAWA, I-601A waivers).

    • Independently litigate cases in Immigration Court, including Master Calendar and Individual Hearings (currently 2-3 trials per month).

    • Draft and oversee motions, appeals, waivers, and complex legal filings.

    • Conduct bond hearings and USCIS interviews.

    • Develop and implement case management systems to optimize efficiency.

    • Lead, mentor, and supervise paralegals and legal assistants.

    • Generate new client cases and contribute to business development efforts.

    Qualifications:

    • Licensed attorney in good standing with the Georgia Bar (or eligible for waiver).

    • 5-10 years of immigration law experience, with a strong focus on EOIR and removal defense.

    • Proven experience successfully litigating and winning immigration cases.

    • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to train and manage a legal team.

    • Fluency in Spanish is a plus but not required; Portuguese or other languages are a bonus.

    • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to self-manage in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

    • Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills.
