Position Overview:
The Senior Tax Accountant will be responsible for the preparation and filing of federal, state, and foreign tax returns, ensuring compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of tax accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file federal, state income, and franchise tax returns
- Prepare quarterly estimated tax payments and extensions
- Prepare foreign tax returns and foreign estimated payments
- Respond to all tax-related notices and bills
- Research and analyze tax issues, determining appropriate treatment and reporting
- Maintain tax depreciation schedules for various entities
- Assist with income and franchise tax audits
- Maintain tax compliance calendar and ensure timely filings
- Assist with property tax and business license issues
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in income tax accounting, preferably in public accounting
- Experience with tax preparation software (OneSource preferred)
- Experience with Sage FAS or other depreciation software
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
