The candidate for this position will work in collaboration with the Interior Design and Architecture groups to provide services in all Design Studios.

Position Summary: This opportunity is for a senior interior designer that is creative, passionate about design, and values a team environment. The ideal candidate will be able to balance their creativity with functionality to ensure our client’s vision is understood and translated into beautiful, purposeful spaces.

Compensation for this position is $70,000.00-$90,000.00 annually, commensurate with experience, education, and certifications. The provided range is a good faith estimate based on the requirements described within the job description. **Essential Functions and Responsibilities **

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Programming, space planning, design development, and furniture selection / specification
• Review and produce construction documentation for code compliance, coordination, and design intent
• Establish and maintain client relationships
• Production of design drawings in AutoCAD and REVIT
• Problem solving skills, attention to detail and motivation to grow & learn

Required Skills

Required Experience

• Minimum 4-year college degree in Interior Design
• Licensed Interior Designer
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in an Architecture or Interior Design firm is required

**Working Conditions **

JMT Architecture offers a hybrid work schedule. Work is performed within a general office environment. Work is generally sedentary in nature but may require occasional standing and walking. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. within the office environment.
