Senior Kitchen and Bath Sales and Design Consultant

Responsibilities
We are looking for a Senior Sales and Design Consultant with experience in the kitchen and bath industry! This person will play a key role in the overall success and growth of the Royal Oak, MI location. Our Sales and Design Consultants assist retail customers with the planning, design, selection and purchase of their kitchen remodeling projects. Since "sales" comes first, the design process is continued with the customer after the sale is made. We are looking for strong salespeople who are able to utilize their design skills during and after the sales process. If you love to sell, design and interact with people to create their dream kitchen and/or bathroom space, then this position is for you!

Requirements
The ideal candidate must have the following qualifications:

• 3+ years of related kitchen and bath design industry experience
• Closing ~$1MM in Sales/Year (material and labor combined)
• Kitchen Design
• Interior Design
• Strong Customer Service
• Leadership qualities, excellent interpersonal skills

All Sales and Design Consultants work from 10 AM to 8 PM on Mondays, Tuesday through Fridays, 10 AM to 6, and 10 AM to 2 PM on Saturdays. Your work schedule is five days a week, as we are closed on Sunday;Tuesday or Wednesday is generally the other day off.
