Who You Are: You’re an experienced, licensed landscape architect who leads with clarity and purpose. You love design but also enjoy building relationships, mentoring others, and improving the systems around you. You’re looking for a firm where you can lead projects and people, not just execute. Responsibilities: • ****Lead high-end residential and urban design projects from concept through construction • Oversee client engagement, proposals, meetings, and presentations • Guide junior team members and support studio growth • Collaborate with leadership to improve systems and design delivery • Contribute to firm-wide improvement efforts through project feedback and mentorship Qualifications: • 12+ years in landscape architecture • Licensed or eligible for licensure in South Carolina • Proven high-end residential and/or urban portfolio • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and design documentation standards • Strong communication, time management, and leadership presence • Alignment with REMARK’s culture of service, structure, and continuous improvement Compensation: $69,500
