We welcome team players who are adept at handling their own caseload and familiar with all aspects of the trial process, particularly drafting pleadings, motions, notices, and working toward a resolution. Responsibilities: • Draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, notices, and discovery requests and responses • Attend court hearings on behalf of clients and argue motions • Prepare for and attend trials, mediation, and arbitration hearings • Conduct research and draft pleadings, briefs, and motions Qualifications: • Five years of experience as a senior associate in the legal industry • Member of state and local bar associations in good standing • Work independently while handling a heavy caseload • Four-year bachelor’s degree and successful completion of law school from an accredited law school • Persuasive writing skills and verbal communication skills are critical, along with time management and interpersonal skills Compensation: $180,000
