We are looking for a skilled and organized Senior Lead Medical Receptionist with strong leadership qualities to join our healthcare team. You will perform a combination of various administrative and clinical tasks.
Position Responsibilities:
· Training new front desk employees and managing training of updated processes to current front desk employees. · Performance management of front desk teams at multiple locations. · Ensure distribution and accountability of work, call lists & tasks to front desk team. · Lead and schedule front desk team meetings and huddles. · Display leadership qualities. · Serve as a role model to team. · Project management and process improvement. · Being a subject matter expert on standard practices and training documents.
· Greet patients, check patients in, and check patients out
· Administrative tasks - Scan, fax, answer calls routed from the call center.
· Assist patients with referrals, appointment scheduling.
· Performs other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
· Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
· Minimum of 5 years experience in receptionist role in a medical setting.
· E-clinical works experience is highly preferred. · Warm & welcoming personality. · Excellent customer service skills.
Compensation is negotiable based on experience
