We are seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Attorney to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll handle litigation in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, work closely with clients, and lead a supportive team of paralegals and staff to meet their legal needs. Responsibilities: • Represent clients in court hearings or before government agencies. • Draft, review, and finalize legal documents with precision and attention to detail. • Advise clients on legal and business transactions, ensuring clarity and actionable outcomes. • Negotiate settlements to resolve disputes efficiently. • Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations. • Oversee administrative tasks related to managing cases and client relations. Qualifications: • Licensed attorney in New Jersey (Pennsylvania license is strongly preferred). • 10+ years of legal experience with a strong foundation in litigation. • Expertise in Real Estate Law and Homeowner Association Law is a plus. • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • A team player with the ability to build meaningful client relationships. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (experience with Amicus Attorney is a bonus). • Motivated, empathetic, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
