Senior Living Community Real Estate Specialist
Our top real estate agency is looking for a Listing Agent to join our team! The ideal candidate for this position has experience working with seniors and is able to manage at least 3 more listings a month. Weekly coaching, plus mentorship. Zip codes are exclusive to you. Responsibilities: • Call clients to give weekly reports on the status of their listing so they are more likely to provide good customer ratings and referrals • Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing • Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings • Visit our provided list of Senior Living Communities within 20 mins drive from your home • Assist Marketing Managers with their 1-3 vacancies per month • List homes Qualifications: • Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information • Able to conduct in-depth market research and showcases clear understanding of the real estate industry • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Superb time management, interpersonal, and communication skills • Has a real estate license • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success Compensation: $300,000 at plan earnings
