You will guide clients through the loan process, assisting them in securing loans for real estate purchases or refinancing. With our powerful systems and marketing resources, you'll have everything you need to succeed. You must live in and be currently Licensed in NY, FL, and MD. Responsibilities: • Review the loan process by monitoring loan status, term conformity, and regulatory guidelines • Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with potential new business referral partners such as realtors, builders, bank colleagues, and the community at large • Exceed our production standards by maintaining an active pipeline • Assist borrowers in selecting loan programs that best fit their financial goals and needs • Oversee all customer interactions and ensure a smooth transaction by interfacing with realtors, processors, and underwriters Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, banking, real estate, or a related field • Must have an active NMLS Mortgage Originator License • Requires compliance with lending regulations and bank underwriting guidelines and lending policies • Provide excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, superior written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional decision-making ability Compensation: $120,500 at plan earnings
