Responsibilities: • Maintain an active rolling pipeline of funding per our guidelines • Interact with customers, realtors, processors, and underwriters to ensure a smooth transaction • Work closely with industry related professionals to gather and prepare all necessary information to complete underwriting requirements • Assist borrowers in selecting loan programs that best fit their financial goals and needs • Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with potential new business referral partners such as realtors, builders, bank colleagues, and the community at large Qualifications: • Knowledge of state and federal regulations, and company underwriting policies and guidelines • Current NMLS State License or Federal NMLS Registration • Several years of experience in real estate, mortgage origination, or lending required • Must reside in Michigan - position is located onsite in our Troy, MI office • NMLS is preferred • Understand a variety of loans such as FHA, VA, conventional, fixed/adjustable, etc. • Experience with Salesforce and Arrive is a plus Compensation: $87,500 - $200,000 at plan yearly
