Responsibilities: • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients throughout the entire mortgage process, ensuring a seamless journey from application to closing. • Evaluate clients' financial circumstances to provide tailored recommendations on suitable loan products, such as FHA, VA, conventional, and other mortgage options. • Guarantee adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies, in every loan transaction. • Lead and guide junior loan officers, offering mentorship, sharing industry best practices, and delivering training to support their professional growth. • Engage in active networking within the community to cultivate referral sources and create new business prospects. • Supervise the loan processing phase closely, collaborating with loan processors to ensure the accurate and timely handling of mortgage applications. • Stay informed about market trends, interest rates, and regulatory updates to furnish clients with informed and valuable advice.
