We'll show you how... • Brand - Motto Mortgage is now the third-largest mortgage brokerage in the country. • Tools – Loan Broker System (with live support), CRM, website...etc • Resources - Processing, assistants, loan products galore...etc. Compensation: Commission based Responsibilities: • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all required documents from borrowers, loan officers, title companies, and other related industry professionals • Manage a large pipeline of loans to ensure your production meets our requirements • Monitor the mortgage process to ensure all company and regulatory processes are adhered to • Counsel borrowers to understand the pros and cons of different loan products to determine which is best for them • Maintain and build relationships through networking and prospecting with bankers, realtors, builders, and your community to attract new business • Interact with customers, realtors, processors, and underwriters to ensure a smooth transaction Qualifications: • Strong understanding of company loan policies and guidelines, as well as all federal and state regulations • Multiple years of real estate, mortgage origination, or lending required • Maintain current registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System Registry • Exceptional decision-making ability, superior written and verbal communication skills, and superb interpersonal and customer service skills required • Five Hundred Thousand minimum average monthly loan origination in the past 12 months Compensation: $50,000 - $350,000 yearly
