Responsibilities: • Maintain and build relationships through networking and prospecting with bankers, realtors, builders, and your community to attract new business • Assist borrowers in selecting loan programs that best fit their financial goals and needs • Exceed our production standards by maintaining an active pipeline • Review the loan process by monitoring loan status, term conformity, and regulatory guidelines • Oversee all customer interactions and ensure a smooth transaction by interfacing with realtors, processors, and underwriters Qualifications: • Office Suite knowledge and loan originating software such as Calyx, Experian, or LendingWise preferred • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, superb interpersonal and customer service skills, and exceptional decision-making ability • Banking, business, real estate, or related Bachelor’s degree required • Maintain current registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System Registry • Familiarity with multiple types of loans such as conventional, fixed/ adjustable, FHA, VA, USDA, bridge, non-conforming, FNMA and FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit • Must have active NMLS and reside in either California, Oregon, Washington, Colorado, Idaho, Texas, Florida, or Michigan Compensation: $150,000+ at plan yearly
