This remote position is ideal for someone who is experienced in hard money lending or real estate finance, highly organized, and able to ensure compliance with relevant regulations. You’ll work closely with our team and borrowers, facilitating a smooth and timely loan process. Fixated Funding LLC specializes in residential investor loans (hard money, Fix and Flip, DSCR, Bank statement, etc) as a boutique hard money lender for experienced real estate investors specializing in single-family residential properties and small multi-family. With current market demands, Fixated Funding and its services are needed now more than ever for the real estate investor community. Fixated Funding’s loan business is growing exponentially, and we are looking for the right person to join our small team. The right person for this position is someone that has a big interest in real estate investing and wants to be a part of a small team with big ambitions. Compensation is a combination of BASE plus Performance Incentive Bonuses Responsibilities: • Manage loan processing from application through funding • Collect and review loan documents to ensure completeness and accuracy • Communicate with borrowers, appraisers, title, escrow, insurance, underwriters, and other stakeholders to expedite the loan process • Ensure compliance with internal policies and state/federal regulations • Prepare loan files for underwriting and coordinate with closing and funding teams • Resolve issues or discrepancies in loan files efficiently • Maintain accurate records of loan progress and documentation • Information purposes only: Unlike traditional lending businesses, Fixated Funding focuses on "investment" based loan products and lend strictly to real estate investors. This reduces a tremendous amount of compliance, paperwork, and federal/state guidelines to follow, thus reducing the work load for processing. Qualifications: • Superb customer service, attention to detail, time management and communication skills are required • 2+ years of experience in loan processing, preferably within hard money or private lending • Escrow and or Title experience preferred • Proficiency with Smartsheet or similar project management software preferred • Strong understanding of loan processing procedures and requirements • Completely comfortable to pick up the phone and solve a problem head on before it gets worse. Results and timelines matter. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities • Ability to work independently and manage multiple loans concurrently Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly
