Position: Senior Logistics Pricing Analyst

Compensation: Base salary range of $75,000 to $95,000, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth data analyses and market research to understand customer behavior and identify opportunities, trends, and threats in the LTL market.

• Manage day-to-day LTL pricing operations, including carrier contract negotiations, bid cycle management, and customer onboarding.

• Maintain and update LTL Pricing Agreements and Contracts in the CRM system.

• Build, update, and maintain pricing contracts and tariffs, resolving rating issues and disputes as needed.

• Support the setup of new transportation partners, advising on pricing aspects of carrier integrations.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of pricing strategies, aligning them with company financial goals and recommending improvements when necessary.

• Create, analyze, and produce audits, statistical analyses, pricing reports, and business intelligence reports.

• Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure accurate payments to LTL carriers.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in an analytical role within the logistics industry.

• A degree in economics, supply chain, mathematics, finance, or a related field (preferred).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to persuade effectively.

• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and the ability to learn and navigate industry-specific software.

• Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.

• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
