Responsibilities and Duties:

Experience with HVAC

A knowledge of Electrical, plumbing, framing, tiling, carpentry,

Make ready properties for move-ins

Accurately record work performed into Company Software

Perform inspections and preventative maintenance on a monthly schedule

Recommend and evaluate current Company policies for increased efficiency

Participate in Company provided training
