We are a nationally-known ecommerce brand that is looking to hire a senior manager in their IT department. This role will drive innovation, oversee BI and analytics systems, and ensure data integrity and security.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute IT and data analytics strategy in alignment with business goals
• Lead development, architecture, and implementation of BI, CSM, and distribution systems
• Manage and mentor a small team of 4 people
• Oversee security, governance, and best practices for data integrity
• Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize technology solutions
• Manage budgets, third-party vendors, and contract resources

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field
• 7+ years of experience in data analytics, development, and team management
• Expertise in SQL, SAS, Tableau, PowerBI, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Strong leadership, project management, and strategic planning skills
