  • Responsibilities

    The Senior Manager, Digital Engagement executes and drives all digital marketing components such as email, social media, paid media and more. The role oversees members of the digital team and drives the clinical recruitment offering along with other digital marketing components. The role works closely with the Digital Engagement Leader to evaluate the need for new process and goals while driving the direction and strategy for the digital marketing team. This position serves as the strategic lead on multiple accounts and is responsible for communicating ideas and solutions to internal teams and clients in an effective manner.

    Responsibilities:

    •Oversee members of digital team

    •Play a key role in growing the digital engagement offering by bringing on appropriate tools, vendors, team members, process and skills that elevate the department

    •Create overarching digital marketing strategies and plans while leading the team executing these plans for a variety of healthcare clients

    •Participate in organic growth initiatives to continue to expand the service offerings and revenue for the digital engagement team

    •Train the digital team in best practices for organic social, paid social, paid search, SEO and analytics reporting

    •Serve as main client contact for the digital team and lead digital discussions on client calls

    •Act as a liaison between internal LifeSci team members and vendors

    •Review content, reports, and other key activities from associates, senior associates and managers

    •Serve as the digital team lead for client tactical planning

    •Contribute to the formulation of project proposals and new business pitches as a representative of the digital engagement team

    •Evaluate and make recommendations to improve how all digital activities work in a marketing ecosystem to better serve our clients and their needs/goals

    •Utilize third party social listening tools to assist in compiling data around disease states, companies, competitors, products and events and present these reports to clients or utilize in new business pitches

    •Stay on top of and report on all developments in the digital landscape and develop an informed POV

    •Serve as the lead in championing the value of digital marketing internally, sharing and applying best practices

    •Ensures projects are on time, on budget, and on strategy


    Qualifications:

    •Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising, Communications or relevant field

    •7+ years of strategizing and executing digital marketing campaigns

    •Excellent analytical, organizational, research and interpersonal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail

    •A deep understanding of the digital ecosystem and the role of digital activation for healthcare brands

    •Experience managing teams

    •Experience executing paid media campaigns across all relevant digital platforms

    •Vast experience presenting and interacting with clients

    •Experience with regulated industry social media marketing

    •Experience participating in and presenting on BD pitches

    •Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

    •Ability and excitement to oversee junior team members

    •Project and process management experience

    •Strong writing and proofreading skills

    •Proficient in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)

    •Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects with adherence to deadlines and budgets.

    $90,000-$150,000 per year
